Prefer to be treated at home? In-home visits are available, with travel fees based on your distance from the clinic.

A comprehensive first visit to evaluate your condition, establish a treatment plan, and begin care.
Includes written report sent to PCP or MD of choice
Premium visit
60 - 75 minutes - $200
A full-length follow-up visit for patients who need more time for hands-on treatment, exercise, or multiple treatment approaches.
Includes all treatment methods.
Excludes diagnostic ultrasound imaging with report.
Economy visit

30 mins - $120
A shorter follow-up for focused treatment when a full-length visit isn’t needed.
Does not include dry needling, ultrasound-guided treatment, or written reports.
+ Rapid Care Visit
60 - 90 mins - $250
For urgent musculoskeletal concerns that need prompt evaluation and treatment.
Available in the clinic or in your home. Includes a focused physical therapy evaluation, treatment, limited diagnostic ultrasound imaging when appropriate, and a written report that can be sent to your PCP or physician.
Telehealth Visit
20 mins - $75
A convenient virtual visit for consultation, follow-up, exercise progression, and guidance when hands-on treatment isn’t required.
